Our Story

How Insane Beings Was Born

For years, I struggled to lose weight and reclaim the motivated, athletic version of myself I knew was still beneath the surface. Despite my experience, certifications, and having helped hundreds of clients, I was letting it all go to waste. Comfort and routine had me stuck.

Then, after the birth of my second child, I found myself sinking deeper into complacency. I realized that without the right mindset, it would affect every part of my life and those I care about. This sparked something deep within me, a realization to change, grow, and take control of my life for myself and my loved ones.

The Truth

IBF is less about physical prowess and more about mental strength.

With over 15 years of experience, I have worked with clients of all ages, from kids to seniors and pregnant women. As a Marine Corps veteran and former competitor in bodybuilding and track, I understand discipline and dedication.

As a husband and father, I know firsthand the challenge of balancing fitness, meal prep, work, and family. I have faced weight gain, time management struggles, and setbacks but I pushed myself back into discipline, and now I am here to help you do the same.

People often lose steam and fail because they expect quick results. Remember, losing or gaining weight is a slow process. Six months may seem long, but time often goes by faster than you think. Embrace the journey. Everyday tasks will become easier. People will notice changes before you do. You will see your clothes fitting better and your strength, flexibility, and speed improving.

Many think Insane Beings Fitness is about becoming a major athlete with a godlike persona. It is not. It all comes down to a choice: stay the course, commit to the plan, get comfortable being uncomfortable, and do not quit. That is the formula we build here. We can get there, together.

“I committed to running at 3am after just a few hours of sleep, cooking two separate meals, one for my family and one for myself, and bringing my own food wherever I went. People called me insane and obsessive. Well, okay, call me insane. To me, that was proof I was on the right path.”

01
Discipline

Showing up when motivation runs out. The work happens in the dark, when no one is watching.

02
Discomfort

Growth lives outside your comfort zone. We lean in instead of running away.

03
Devotion

Commitment to the process over the image. Consistency compounded over time creates legends.
